Business professionals, especially managers, often need to be in meetings. At the same time, they receive many calls on a daily basis from business professionals, such as colleagues, business partners, customers, and suppliers. When being in meetings all the time, managers will of course miss many important calls. With PeopleSync, they have access to detailed information about the callers in their call history and therefore can prioritize their callbacks.
PeopleSync synchronizes the company’s Global Address List, contact data of various CRM systems, such as Salesforce and Microsoft CRM, to the users’ mobile devices and desktop phones. As a result, the mobile devices and desktop phones will be able to retrieve the detailed information of the callers. This allows the users to prioritize their callbacks.
PeopleSync comes with synchronization agents for enterprise sources such as:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Exchange Server
- SharePoint Server
- Office 365
- CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce and Microsoft CRM)
The software uses the CardDAV standard as its synchronization protocol and is therefore compatible with all major mobile devices, such as Apple iOS (iPhones and iPads), Google Android devices (such as Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets), Microsoft Windows phones, and Blackberry OS 10 phones.
