If you are a Non-German company, based in European Union, please do not forget to fill your VAT ID in the purchase order to avoid German tax. Please confirm the acceptance the cleverbridge GTC and the messageconcept EULA in your order. Neither cleverbridge nor messageconcept won’t accept any other conditions.

After acceptance of your PO you will receive an invoice, due within 14 days. We will also send you a temporary license key immediately. This key allows you to work with the software for 30 days. The production key will be send after receiving your payment.

By default, our global distribution partner will send you an order confirmation with all payment details after receiving your order and a formal invoice with receiving the payment. If you require an invoice before payment, just select “wire transfer” in the order process and request the invoice by email.

All prices on our website are net prices. The online shop automatically calculates VAT, if applicable. Non-German companies, based in European Union, are able to avoid German tax by filling their VAT ID in the quote request. If you have further questions regarding tax calculation, our sales team might be able to support you.

If you resell our software, it is very important to use the end customer’s name, address and email address in the section “Licensee Address” in our online shop, because this data will be used for the license key generation.

The number of licenses automatically reduces the price of our products. That’s why you get the best price available by default. Additional discounts are available for some non-profit and educational organizations only.

Currently, we are able to invoice you in Euro, British Pound and US Dollar. Further currencies might be available on request.

For active maintenance customers, we offer license updates to increase the number of users or servers or to switch to a superior edition. Please contact our sales team to get more information.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically by default. You will receive an order confirmation or invoice on renewal.

If you have canceled the automatic renewal, you are always able to renew it till renewal date or beyond. This happens by using the link to your subscription, we have provided by email.
